Terms and Conditions for the

ONLINE ADVENT CALENDAR 2024 Contest

§ 1 General
Participation in the ONLINE ADVENT CALENDAR 2024 contest, organized by ELORA Werkzeugfabrik GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator” or “Organizer”), is free of charge and subject exclusively to these terms and conditions. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with META or Instagram.

§ 2 Contest Process
The contest runs from Sunday, December 1, 2024 to Tuesday, December 24, 2024, at 11:59 PM. Within this period, Instagram followers have the opportunity to participate in the contest online.

§ 3 Eligibility Requirements
To participate in the contest, it is necessary to follow the Instagram account @elora.werkzeugfabrik.gmbh at the time of the drawing and comment on the respective post. Optionally, participants may also share the post in their own Instagram Story. By participating in the contest, participants agree to these terms and conditions. Participation is only possible during the contest period. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered for the draw.

§ 4 Eligibility
Eligible participants are natural persons residing in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland who are 18 years of age or older. Participation is not limited to customers of the Organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services. If a participant’s legal capacity is restricted, the consent of their legal representative is required.

The Organizer reserves the right, at its discretion, to exclude individuals from participation for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to:
(a) Manipulations related to access to or conduct of the contest,
(b) Violations of these terms and conditions,
(c) Unfair behavior, or
(d) False or misleading information provided during participation.

§ 5 Prizes, Notification, and Delivery
By participating, participants have the chance to win the items specified on the Organizer’s Instagram page. The winners will be determined the day after each “Prize Day” via a random draw among all participants, with the final draw taking place on Wednesday, December 25, 2024. Participants agree that, in the event of winning, their name will be announced in the comments and stories of @elora.werkzeugfabrik.gmbh and that they will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message. Winners must respond to the Organizer within 7 days and provide their full name, either by replying to the private message on Instagram or via email at info@elora.de. The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize are the responsibility of the winner. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes applicable to the prize. If a winner fails to respond within 7 days, their claim to the prize will be forfeited, and the Organizer reserves the right to transfer the prize to another participant.

§ 6 Termination of the Contest
The Organizer expressly reserves the right to terminate the contest without prior notice and without explanation. This applies particularly to any reasons that could disrupt or prevent the planned execution of the contest.

§ 7 Data Protection
Participation in the contest requires the provision of personal data. Participants confirm that the information provided is truthful and accurate. In the event of winning, participants agree to the publication of their name in promotional materials used by the Organizer. This includes announcements on the Organizer’s website and social media platforms, with tagging of their social media accounts. Participants may revoke their consent to the use of their data at any time by sending a written notice or email to info@elora.de. Upon revocation, the personal data will no longer be processed or used, and the participant will be excluded from the contest. All data will be deleted once the contest is completed.

§ 8 Severability Clause
Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid provision, a legally permissible rule that most closely reflects the intent and purpose of the invalid provision shall apply. The same applies to any gaps in these terms and conditions.

§ 9 Applicable Law
Questions or complaints relating to the contest should be directed to the Organizer. Contact details can be found in the imprint on the ELORA Werkzeugfabrik website. The Organizer’s contest is exclusively subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
